New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- The Delhi government's newly launched CM Shri Schools have received more than 50,000 applications since the admission process began on August 15, Delhi Education Department has claimed.
The figures, released by the Education Minister Ashish Sood, indicate a significant initial public interest in the new initiative.
The breakdown of applications shows the highest number for Class 8, with 20,762 submissions. Class 7 received 15,114 applications, and Class 6 received 14,928.
