Ranchi, Dec. 3 -- More than 3,000 Adhisuchit Jharkhand Andolankari were awarded certificates at a district-level programme organised on Wednesday at the Aryabhatta Auditorium in Morabadi.

The event, held under the directives of the State Government, was conducted by the Department of Home, Jail and Disaster Management to formally acknowledge the contribution of those who played a significant role in the Jharkhand statehood movement.

During the ceremony, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Manjunath Bhajantri and Senior Superintendent of Police Rakesh Ranjan symbolically distributed certificates to select distinguished activists.
