Lucknow, May 3 -- Over 22,000 youth across Uttar Pradesh are currently undergoing skill training under Project Praveen, a flagship initiative to create a skilled and future-ready workforce, which aims to bridge the gap between education and employability, official sources said here on Saturday.
Sources said that the scheme aligns with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's vision of transforming UP into an economic and industrial powerhouse by building a workforce that meets the evolving demands of various sectors. "By prioritising skill development at the school level, Project Praveen boosts employability and promotes self-reliance among the youth," they said.
