Itanagar, March 14 -- The first National Lok Adalat of the year 2026 was conducted across various subordinate courts in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday by the Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (APSLSA).
According to official figures, out of 2,484 cases taken up during the Lok Adalat-covering both pre-litigation and pending matters, a total of 213 cases were disposed of in a single-day sitting by the respective courts across the state. The total settlement amount recorded during the Lok Adalat was Rs 1,18,39,004.
