Chandigarh, May 19 -- More than 14 per cent voters have exercised their franchise till 1100 hrs in all 13 parliamentary constituencies of Punjab in the seventh and final phase of general elections on Sunday. Polling in 13 parliamentary constituencies of Punjab and also for lone Chandigarh Lok Sabha seat began at 0700 hrs and will continue till 1800 hrs. Election Commission sources said that the polling was progressing peacefully, though there were reports of malfunctioning of EVMs and VVPATs at several booths in the state.
