Chennai, Feb. 20 -- Having been left in the lurch by the AIADMK and the NDA from which he had walked out seven months back after being allegedly slighted by the BJP, expelled leader O Panneerselvam on Friday met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin at his chamber at the State Secretariat, fuelling speculations of a possible alliance ahead of the Assembly polls.
On the final day of the current session Assembly and with the polls a few week aways, Mr Panneerselvam, who was ousted from the AIADMK and his repeated attempts to get re-inducted going in vain, accompanied by his son and former MP Ravindranath, met Stalin and was closetted with him for some time.
They also exchanged pleasantries during the meeting.
