Patna, April 13 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday declared that his government was committed to working for all sections of society, and the scenario had changed in all spheres since he took over the reins of the state in 2005.

Kumar, while addressing " Bheem Samvad " organised here to pay tributes to the architect of the constitution, Baba Bheem Rao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary, said that his contribution in preparing the constitution was immense, which could never be forgotten.
