Bhubaneshwar, Jan. 13 -- The move on part of the State Government Tata power Discom to collect additional security deposit (ASDs) from the consumers for installation of smart metres has come under judicial scrutiny with Orissa High Court on Tuesday issuing show cause notices to State's energy department, Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC) and Tata power distribution company.
