Nagpur, Dec. 11 -- The Maharashtra Assembly on Thursday witnessed a loud and heated protest as opposition legislators walked out, accusing the Mahayuti government of neglecting cotton and soybean farmers and mishandling procurement amid a widening disparity between market prices and the assured rates.
