Dharamshala, Nov. 28 -- The third day of the 10th winter session of the 14th Himachal Pradesh Assembly witnessed uproar on Friday as the Opposition staged a protest during question hour, forcing a brief adjournment of the House.
The proceedings began with oral questions being taken up. Members raised their listed queries, followed by the presentation of deferred questions from the Opposition. However, commotion broke out when Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, along with other BJP legislators, insisted on making a statement even before the Revenue Minister could respond to a question.
