Ranchi, March 10 -- The Jharkhand assembly was engulfed in chaos on Monday as opposition BJP lawmakers raised an uproar over the state's alleged deteriorating law and order situation. Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi demanded a discussion on the law-and-order situation in the state. He said that it seems that due to the Hemant government, the courage of criminals has increased in Jharkhand. There are frequent killings in the state.
