Patna, July 3 -- Senior BJP leader and Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey alleged today that opposition parties were misleading people on Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral rolls in Bihar, saying only false impression on the issue was being created by them.
Pandey said here that SIR of electoral rolls,was not the first exercise of any sort, being carried out in Bihar as similar revision of voters list was also conducted in the year 2003.
Opposition leaders were misleading the people that such a massive exercise could not be completed within 31 days but they should know the fact that earlier such exercise was also carried out in 31 days as well, he pointed out.
