Lucknow, Oct. 5 -- Uttar Pradesh Minister of State (Independent Charge) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader JPS Rathore today alleged that opposition party leaders are conspiring to spoil the atmosphere in Bareilly, but the government will not allow anyone to disturb the peace.
The Minister said there is complete peace and tranquility in Bareilly. "The police foiled every conspiracy to create disturbance by taking timely action. Any opposition MP or leader talking about going to Bareilly is doing so only as part of a plan to spoil the atmosphere. The government will not allow anyone to disturb the peace of Bareilly," he said.
