New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- The deadlock in the Rajya Sabha over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar persisted today, with both the ruling party and the Opposition holding firm on their respective positions.
The Opposition members once again created an uproar demanding a discussion on the issue, leading to the adjournment of the House till 2 pm.
On the second day of the session's final week, proceedings were once again disrupted.
