Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 29 -- The Opposition Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) on Thursday strongly criticised the Kerala Budget presented by Finance Minister K.N. Balagopal, terming it an election-oriented political declaration lacking credibility and implementation potential.
Alleging that the State treasury is under severe financial stress, Opposition leaders said the Budget would not be implemented and asserted that a UDF government would present the Budget that is actually executed in Kerala after elections.
