Chennai, March 10 -- The principal Opposition AIADMK and its ally, the PMK faction headed by former union Minister and Rajya Sabha member Anbumani Ramadoss on Tuesday urged Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin to take urgent steps to address the shortage of commercial LPG cylinders as closure of hotels, restaurants and tea stalls would lead socio-economic consquences.

Both the parties also urged the Centre to ensure uninterrupted suply of LPG gas cylinders.
