Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 18 -- Opposition Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) members on Monday staged a walkout from the Assembly in protest against the denial of an adjournment motion on Kerala University mark controversy.
Seeking the leave of the house to move the adjournment motion in this regard, Roji M John of Congress alleged that the user name and the password of University computer system have been allegedly manipulated by pro-CPI(M) employees to give additional marks for students who failed in their exams.
In his reply, Higher Education Minister KT Jaleel said the University Vice-Chancellor sought a crime branch probe into the allegation.
