Bhubaneswar, May 16 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi described Operation Sindoor as more than just a name-calling it a unique celebration of courage and a tribute to the valor of women in the Indian Armed Forces.
Leading the Sindoor Yatra in the capital, an initiative organized by the Mission Shakti Department,the Chief Minister marched from Master Canteen Road to Rama Devi University, commemorating the success of Operation Sindoor.
Hundreds of women participated in the yatra, including Indian Navy Lieutenant Commander Ananya Dalbehera and Priyadarshini Acharya, wife of martyr Prashant Satapati, who lost his life in the Pahalgam terrorist attack.
The procession began at Master Canteen and concluded at Rama Devi University.
