Chennai, May 10 -- Tamil Nadu Governor R. N. Ravi held an All Faith Meeting
expressing solidarity to Indian Armed Forces and said India was compelled to attack
to send a clear message that terrorism will not go unpunished after Pakistan failed
to act in the aftermath of Pahalgam terror attacks.
While a ceasefire has been agreed upon, the underlying threat persists as Pakistan
continues to destabilize not only India but the entire region, the Governor said and
called upon the nation to remain vigilant and united in safeguarding its sovereignty.
