Patna, Feb. 20 -- The Bihar Assembly Secretariat on Friday issued guidelines for receiving applications from MLAs to raise issues during zero hour in House.
According to a release issued from Secretariat, all MLAs have been requested to send their applications online only to raise issues during zero hour.
No application will be received offline as new system will come into force from February 23.
"Online applications could be sent using Neva portal and it will remain open from 9 am to 10 am on the day of sitting of the Bihar Assembly," official sources said, adding that issues to be raised during zero hour should be written only in 50 words.
