Itanagar, Aug. 5 -- In a major push towards digital governance and citizen-centric service delivery, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today launched a pilot project for online water revenue payment in the Itanagar Capital Region.
The initiative aims to simplify and modernize water bill payments, making them accessible at the fingertips of residents.
Taking to the social media platform after the launch event, Khandu wrote: "For the people in the Itanagar Capital Region, paying a water bill no longer means taking half a day off work or standing
in long queues. Now, it's just a few taps on a phone, a few clicks on a screen."
