Bhopal, Sept. 22 -- The work of providing online facilities to citizens is taking place at a rapid pace in the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department. The department is providing 51 types of faceless facilities. The state is the second in the country to provide such facilities.
If any document to be uploaded by an applicant is lacking, the applicant is informed through the SMS.
For reviewing transport work district wise, an MIS console is being used. For controlling pollution, an improved PUCC 2.0 system has been implemented. More than 600 authentic testing centres are being run in the state. Every centre has been integrated with the vehicle portal's PUCC 2.0.
The PUC certificates are being issued in real time.
