Jammu, Oct. 16 -- Asserting that the circumstances were challenging in the one year of his government in office, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said that despite that the National Conference government delivered its best to the people.

"We could not have done better in the challenging circumstances, but we will do much better in future to make people satisfied with our work," Abdullah told reporters here at a press conference on completion of one year of his government in office.
