Nandurbar, Nov. 9 -- A tragic accident occurred in Maharashtra's Nandurbar district today afternoon, when a school bus from Mahonbari Ashram School plunged into a deep gorge measuring between 100 and 150 feet, resulting in the death of one student and injuries to more than 15 others.
The accident occurred near Amlibari village along the Mulgi-Akalkuwa road in the Akalkuwa administrative division.
According to police reports, the bus carrying students of Mahonbari Ashram School, located in Jalgaon district, was returning to their institution after the Diwali vacation.
