Shimla, Dec. 25 -- Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) President Vinay Kumar today said the Congress will follow the principle of "one person, one position" to guide its functioning.
Upholding this principle, he said that he had resigned from the post as Deputy Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
This, he said, emphasizes his commitment to focused leadership and organizational discipline.
The Congress chief explained that after the recent appointments of district presidents, block presidents will also be named in the coming days.
Key responsibilities within the party are being assigned to leaders and workers who are ready to devote full time to organizational work.
