Kangra, July 30 -- 24 year old Uttam Chand, a resident of village Kareri, sub-tehsil Darini, district Kangra, was killed due to rockfall today as a stone hit his head.
Chandigarh was a peon by profession, working in the office of the Joint Director, Prosecution, at Dharamshala, he was on way back home when the tragedy occured.
He was rushed to Dharamshala Hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead.
A cloudburst was reported from Bithloo in the upper area of Shahpur and flash floods damaged roads and bridges in the area leaving eleven roads not worthy of traffic movement.
