Mumbai, Sept. 5 -- Two young men returning home after offering prayers at Lalbaugcha Raja met with a tragic accident when their motorcycle was crushed by a BEST bus on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road near IIT Powai early this morning.
The collision resulted in the death of 22-year-old Devansh Patel, a resident of Jogeshwari, while his companion Swapnil Vishwakarma, also 22 years old, suffered severe injuries and remains hospitalised in critical condition.
The fatal accident occurred at approximately 6.55 am near the Bhavani Petrol Pump area when the two friends were travelling on their motorcycle after visiting the famous Ganpati temple.
