Chennai, Feb. 16 -- One person was killed and another sustained burns in a cylinder blast at the Greater Chennai Corporation's biogas plant near Chinna Sekkadu village in the Northern suburb of Manali late on Saturday night.
The condition of the other injured was said to be critical, reports received here said.
A sudden gas leak from the Cylinder was said be the reason for the blast, the reports said.
Two people, who sustained grievous injuries was rushed to the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital where one of them succumbed on Sunday and the other was undergoing treatment and
was said to be in a critical condition.
