Darbhanga, July 5 -- One person was killed and 24 others sustained injuries during a Muharram procession when they came into contact with a high-voltage live electric wire at Kakorha village under the Sakatpur police station area in Darbhanga district today.
Police said here that during the Muharram procession, Tazia came into contact with an overhead high-voltage electric wire, putting the lives of a number of those present at risk. One person died due to electrocution, while 24 others sustained injuries in the incident, police added.
