Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 3 -- The week-long state-level Onam celebrations will be officially inaugurated today evening at 6:30 pm by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at the Nishagandhi Open Air Auditorium, located within the Kanakakkunnu Palace grounds.
The festivities, which is starting from today till September 9, will take place across 33 venues in and around the capital city. Key locations include Kanakakkunnu Palace, Central Stadium, Poojappura Ground, Greenfield Stadium, Shanghumugham Beach, Bharat Bhavan, Gandhi Park, Vyloppilli Samskrithi Bhavan, and the Museum Compound.
