Bengaluru, Oct. 20 -- Ola founder Bhavish Aggarwal and senior executive Subrath Kumar Das have been booked for abetment to suicide.
The move follows the shocking death of employee K Aravind, 38.
Aravind allegedly left a 28-page death note. He claimed persistent harassment at work. The note reportedly names senior executives and details repeated workplace pressure.
The FIR was filed by Aravind's brother, Ashwin Kannan. It names Aggarwal, Das, Head of Vehicle Homologations and Regulation, and other senior officials. The case is registered under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
