Bhubaneswar, Sept. 14 -- Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (OKCL), a public limited company under the State government's Electronics and Information Technology (E&IT) Department, has marked the 14th anniversary of its founding.
An event held to commemorate the occasion brought together the company's management and staff to review achievements and outline future plans.
