Itanagar, Jan. 3 -- Oil India Limited (OIL) on Friday signed the Deed of Agreement for the Composite Licence of the Phop Graphite & Vanadium Block located at Yazali circle in Keyi Panyor district of Arunachal Pradesh, marking a significant step towards securing critical mineral resources.
The agreement was executed in the presence of Secretary (Geology & Mines), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, A K Singh; Chief General Manager, OIL, Raghunath Mishra; and Director, Centre for Earth Sciences and Himalayan Studies (CESHS), Tana Tage. Senior officials from the Directorate of Geology & Mines (DGM), OIL and CESHS were also present on the occasion.
