Officials directed to conduct field visits to resolve voter list mapping issues: K. Ravi Kumar

Ranchi, Nov. 10 -- Jharkhand's Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar has directed district election officials to conduct field visits to identify and resolve issues related to the mapping of voter lists as part of the intensive revision program being undertaken under the guidance of the Election Commission of India.

Addressing an online meeting with Deputy Election Officers from all districts on Monday from the Nirvachan Sadanin Ranchi, Kumar emphasized that preparations are underway for the upcoming Special Summary Revision (SSR)and instructed officials to ensure maximum mapping between the current voter list and the 2003 electoral roll.
