Lucknow, Sept. 23 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has emphasized the needto organize indigenous fairs in districts during the festivals to boost the local artisans and entrepreneurs.
He stated that the MSME department would cooperate in this effort and before Diwali, fairs for ODOP and local products should be held in every district for a week between October 10 and 18.
"It would greatly benefit local entrepreneurs and traders and also help people avoid buying foreign products," CM said.
The Chief Minister made these remarks while addressing a state-level workshop on the "Atmanirbhar Bharat Swadeshi Sankalp" here today.
