Bhubaneswar, Nov. 18 -- A five-day residential hands-on skill development training program in electronic and hardware and IT-ITeS trades was inaugurated on Monday at the World Skill Center (WSC) and Central Tool Room and Training Centre (CTTC) for students of Government Vocational Higher Secondary Schools.
Attending the inaugural ceremony, Binita Senapati, Joint Director, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, encouraged the students to acquire practical skills and highlighted the importance of vocational education.
In this context, Jitendra Nayak, Deputy Director, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) explained the objective of the training. WSC Chairman T. Thambiraja also graced the event.
