Bhubaneswar, June 10 -- Odisha, now a model for the entire country in good governance, will definitely be among the five best states in India by 2036, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said.
"We will make Odisha a $500 billion economy," Majhi said, adding that by 2036, it will emerge as a prosperous state, and by 2047, it will play a significant role in building a developed India as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing the media on the eve of the successful completion of one year in governance in Odisha, the Chief Minister claimed, "We have achieved many successes in one year."
