Bhubhaneshwar, March 25 -- The Odisha Government has decided to waive permission fees for the laying of underground pipelines and related City Gas Distribution (CGD) infrastructure in a move to fast-track the expansion of clean energy infrastructure across the state's urban pockets.
State's Housing & Urban Development Department has issued a comprehensive order in this regard, simplifying and expediting approval processes for City Gas Distribution projects, said Usha Padhee, Additional Chief Secretary, on Wednesday.
The Urban Local Bodies across the State have been directed to waive permission fees for laying underground pipelines and related CGD infrastructure.
