Bhubaneswar, March 6 -- The Odisha Vigilance sleuths on Thursday unearthed massive assets from the possession of Pradeep Kumar Mohanty, Deputy Commissioner of the State Transport Authority (STA) and his family members.
During the searches, Vigilance officials recovered Rs.15 lakh in cash, three gold biscuits, and gold ornaments from his residence at Maitri Vihar in Bhubaneswar.
The Vigilance department conducted raids at multiple locations in connection with allegations against Pradeep Kumar Mohanty regarding possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
