Bhubaneswar, July 3 -- Odisha Vigilance today unearthed disproportionate assets allegedly acquired by Dileswar Majhi, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) of the Titlagarh R&B Sub-Division under the Kantabanji R&B Division in Bolangir district.
The raids were conducted following allegations that Majhi had accumulated assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Vigilance sources said simultaneous searches were carried out at six locations across Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, and Bolangir districts. The operation was conducted by a team led by five DSPs, eight Inspectors, two ASIs, and other supporting staff, based on search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Bolangir.
