Bhubaneswar, Aug. 1 -- Odisha Vigilance today arrested Ashok Kumar Panda, Assistant Engineer of Roads & Buildings (R&B) Division-III, Bhubaneswar, for possession of disproportionate assets and produced him before the Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
According to the Vigilance Directorate, the arrest followed a four-day search operation at various properties linked to Panda.
The investigation revealed that he was in possession of assets grossly disproportionate to his known sources of income.
These included,three buildings, comprising two palatial multi-storey houses,seven high-end flats in prime residential projects in and around Bhubaneswar,four commercial properties located in Galleria, Symphony, and DLF Cyber City,nine high-valu...
