Bhubaneswar, Nov. 21 -- In a decisive move to strengthen its standing in the global business arena, the Odisha Cabinet on Friday approved the Odisha Global Capability Centre (GCC) Policy 2025.

The policy is designed to attract top multinational corporations (MNCs) to set up and scale their Global Capability Centres in the state by offering world-class infrastructure, a skilled talent base, and forward-looking incentives.

Over the past decade, Odisha has emerged as a promising destination for Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled Services (ITES), supported by progressive policy reforms and a rapidly growing talent pool.
