Bhubaneswar, Nov. 17 -- A revolutionary change is on the horizon for Odisha's cooperative sector, with cooperative institutions set to provide a full range of services at the grassroots level, said State Cooperative Minister Pradip Bala Samant.

Speaking at a discussion and feedback program on the Odisha State Cooperative Policy 2025 held on Monday, Samant said that cooperative institutions in the state will become self-reliant and serve as the primary engines of progress at the grassroots level.
