Bhubaneswar, Jan. 16 -- Odisha will implement 55 new NCERT textbooks across all schools from the 2026-27 academic year, reflecting the state's culture, heritage, and educational needs, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced. Speaking at a meeting on curriculum reform and textbook development on Friday, Pradhan advised District Education Officers to raise awareness and generate excitement among students and parents about the new textbooks.
