Bhubaneswar, Feb. 12 -- Odisha will be implementing the Prime Minister's Internship Scheme (PMIS) in the State.
A high-level meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, on Tuesday discussed the strategies for effective implementation of PMIS in the presence of Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Deepti Gaur Mukerjee, and Odisha Development Commissioner . Anu Garg
The MCA Secretary highlighted the successful implementation of PMIS Round 1 across the country and shared that the first intern under the scheme was from Odisha.
Under PMIS, eligible candidates between 21 to 24 years will be provided one-year (12-month) internship opportunities in top companies across India.
