Bhubaneswar, May 20 -- Odisha is set to develop its natural attractions and scenic locations into major destinations for adventure tourism.
According to official sources, all 30 districts of the state will be mapped and developed to promote various adventure tourism activities.
The government has already planned initiatives such as rafting in Satkosia and hot air balloon rides over Hirakud. Similar facilities are also being considered in other locations across the state.
The Odisha Adventure Tourism Guidelines-2025 were finalized on Tuesday during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
