Bhubaneswar, Jan. 3 -- All educational institutions across Odisha will participate in a statewide programme of collective singing of Vande Mataram on January 12, marking Swami Vivekananda Jayanti and National Youth Day.
Students will come together to sing Vande Mataram and recite the "Atmanirbhar Bharat Swadeshi Sankalp." Each institution will also nominate one student as an "Atmanirbhar Bharat Ambassador."In addition, various competitions will be held for students, with meritorious participants receiving felicitations. Youth clubs across the state will join in the collective singing programme.
The Odia Language, Literature, and Culture Department has instructed all district collectors to ensure smooth implementation of the initiative.
