Bhubaneswar, April 8 -- Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who attended the Odisha Investors Summit held in New Delhi on Tuesday, said that the signing of various agreements between the Odisha government and industry players will transform the state into a major global energy hub.
On Tuesday, the Odisha government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for a mega dual-feed cracker (DFC) and its downstream unit, with an investment of Rs.58,042 crore at Paradip.
