Bhubaneswar, Sept. 15 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today announced that the state aims to fill 65,000 government posts within the first two yearsThe government, he said, has filled 30,032 posts in various departments over the past 15 months through 11 organized recruitment drives. By June 2026, an additional 40,000 posts are expected to be filled.

Addressing newly appointed officers at the 11th State Recruitment Drive held at IDCO Exhibition Ground, Bhubaneswar, Majhi said so far 1,07,926 youths have secured employment in both government and private sectors during this period.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the recruitment process is transparent and merit-based, with strict action against any irregularities.
