Bhubaneswar, Feb. 17 -- Odisha is poised to emerge as a major growth engine in India's journey towards a developed nation, Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati said while addressing the Budget Session of the State Assembly on Tuesday.
The session witnessed a walkout by opposition parties, including the Indian National Congress and the Biju Janata Dal.
